As a result, he has experience operating in every position you can imagine, from general manager to director of operations. Currently, Daniel owns three restaurants and is a hands-on operator. In addition, Daniel has experience opening new-concept restaurants, bringing struggling restaurants back to life, and helping restaurant owners simplify their operations.
